Masters Swimming in Leicestershire
Masters swimming is for adults, which encompasses the whole range of ability from casual fitness swimming to highly organised competitive swimming
Masters Swimming ages commence at 25 years and over in several age groups. There is also a 18-24 years Senior Age Group
Every ASA Registered swimmer is eligible to take part
The ASA and ASA Regional Web Sites provide information on Masters Activities. The Masters News is available to all swimmers within the above age groups.
The Association has during the last two years entered teams into the ASA National Inter Counties Competitions
And thanks to Ruth Cheema and Carole Lister. In the 2008 Competition came 11th out of 31 Counties and were the highest placed within the East Midlands Region.
In addition to that Competition the ASA East Midland region are for 2009 organising a competition for the Counties within the East Midland region, on Sunday June 7th at the Waendel Leisure Centre Wellingborough. More information on this to follow.
