Officials & Volunteers Required for Transplant Games

The swimming element of the British Transplant Games are being held at Oxford on Saturday 2nd August 2025.

The East Midland region, who hosted this event in 2024, have been asked if we can provide people to help run the event this year. They are looking for people to officiate and volunteers to perform non-officiating roles such as distributing medals etc. This is not a licensed event therefore the poolside staff can also include timekeepers and trainee J1's in addition to licensed officials.

Travelling expenses will be paid and lunch will be provided between the morning and afternoon sessions.
