Coaches, TMs, Chaperones Get Your Accreditation Passes

NO ACCREDITATION - NO ENTRY!
All Coaches, Team Managers and Chaperones supporting swimmers on poolside at the 2026 Age Groups & County Championships require VALID ACCREDITATION PASSES.
There will be NO ENTRY to poolside without an Accreditation Pass.
Accreditation passes are purchased online and require that the applicant possesses a relevant qualification for the role undertaken, a current DBS and have an in-date Safeguarding certificate. Without these the system will prevent purchase.
Separate passes are required for each competition weekend, so a total of 3 passes if attending all three weekends The cost of a pass is £1 each if purchased in advance of the weekend for which they are required. This charge increases to £2 per pass for purchases on the Saturday or Sunday of the weekend for which they are required.
There is no need to print the passes as they will be printed by LASA and issued when registering at the Accreditation Desk each day. A wallet and lanyard will also be issued, but you are encouraged to reuse the ones issued in previous years if you have one.
Passes must be visible at all times while on poolside.
