County Champs - Videoing for HE

A reminder that requests for videoing any swims for Higher Educational needs must be submitted to the Promoter by midnight 17th January using the correct form with a copy of a letter or email from the swimmer's Tutor/Teacher evidencing what is required.
If the request is not submitted using the form or the required letter/email is missing the request will be rejected.
Please also note that the videoing can only be carried out by your Club Coaches or Team Managers who are already on poolside for the session in which your request applies and the Club must sign the form to agree for them to undertake the task. No parents will be permitted poolside to carry out the videoing.
